Who qualifies

Two groups get a standing discount. The service discount covers active military, veterans and first responders. The trade discount covers verified mechanics — typically those who can confirm an ASE credential — and repair shops or fleets ordering under a business account. In both cases the headline is the same: around 10% off full-price orders, applied once you’ve confirmed eligibility.

How verification works

The discount isn’t a code — it’s attached to your account after a verification step. You confirm your status through the relevant process (a service-verification partner for military and responders, or a credential check for the trade), and from then on the discount is available when you’re signed in. This is why pasting a code won’t work: there’s nothing to paste. If the discount doesn’t show, the usual fix is to make sure you’re logged into the verified account and that your cart is full price.

The conditions that trip people up

Treat these discounts as conditional, because three limits catch people out. They apply to regular-price parts, so clearance and open-box items are usually excluded. They generally won’t combine with a separate coupon code — it’s one or the other, so compare which saves more. And they need that verification to be current. Confirm all three before you count on the discount for a big repair bill.

Fleets and shops: think in kits

If you’re ordering for a bay or a fleet, the standing discount is just the start. Pair it with tiered set pricing and the six-plus-part bulk code where those beat the flat percentage, and keep an eye on the reman rails for parts you replace constantly. For a business ordering in volume, that combination usually out-saves any single promotion.
